Hall of Fame, CEO, Harris International
Mr. Robert Parmakovski has been a long distant student of mine since the fall of 2000.
In 2004, he took, completed and passed my Apprentice Level Grappling Instructor certification course with flying colors. Additionally, he has also trained with me in Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do Concepts, Filipino Kali and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
I consider Mr. Parmakovski to be a well-rounded practitioner and instructor within the arts. His knowledge of Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Kali, Self-defense, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts is extensive! I also consider him to be a kind, caring and detail-oriented instructor. I have observed him teach his students and fighters with passion and concern for their development.
I whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone interested in learning, practicing, growing and developing within the arts!
I began training TaeKwonDo and Bruce Lee’s martial art style, Jeet Kune Do while living in the United Kingdom. In 2000 I moved to the United States and began training under Erik Paulson with Combat Submission Wrestling. It was at that time period I met Robert Parmakovski in a JKD/Kali training session.
We both became great friends and started to train and teach classes together. His a great Mixed Martial Arts practitioner with self defense fighting skills to back it up. I believe if he didn’t move back to Australia he would be right beside me in the MMA world. Rob keep up the great work my friend.
Your mate and training partner
My name is Erik Paulson, I met Rob in the year 2010 where he hosted a CSW in house private seminar for his members at the RPI Academy. My observation was simple, I could see they have the knowledge and thirst for training with a very enthusiastic and passionate coach to lead them in the world of MMA. The RPI Academies skill level ranges from Striking, Clinching, Takedowns and Grappling. I would recommend Rob to anyone interested in learning MMA.
I wish him the best and more years of visits to his gym in Melbourne.
Good luck Rob
